Operation Shoebox: a good cause to support!
The idea is simple and generous; you fill a box with non-perishable foods for the poorest people in the community. They are then distributed on New Year's Eve at the Central Station and at the charitable 'restos du coeur' restaurants. There were 243 last year, a record which Edificio wants to beat this time with the help of the Samaritans' Association and YOU.
The next collection is on Thursday 15 December, 16.00-20.00, at Hôtel Wielemans accompanied by a glass of mulled wine. Please confirm you're coming: venues@edificio.be.

Saturday 17 September 2011 from 10am till 6pm - Hotel Wielemans
Sunday 18 September 2011 from 10am till 6pm - Solvay Library
The Hotel Wielemans is part of the programme and will be open on Saturday 17 September as from 10am till 6pm.
The Bibliothèque Solvay is part of the programme and will be open on Sunday 18 of September as from 10am till 6pm.
The theme is "Restauration and conservation”. Guided tours are planned in different languages.
Attention: Sunday is without cars!
Attention : no cars allowed on Sunday in Brussels!
